Rod is the Director of HHMC Global, a firm specialising in buy/sell and advisory services tailored for the staffing industry. With an experience of over 40 years and a focus on helping business owners, HHMC guides staffing organisations towards achieving equity growth and business sustainability goals.
He has a keen interest in delivering a comprehensive range of advisory services, assisting recruitment owners realise their corporate and personal objectives. As a recognised speaker, he frequently addresses issues impacting business owners and regularly contributes to recruitment industry events and publications and the HHMC Blog.
Before founding HHMC in 1999, Rod had a 20-year career with both local and global information technology consulting companies, working across Australia. Through HHMC, he remains an active supporter of Australian and international staffing industry associations and initiatives.

Richard Hayward:
Richard brings a wealth of experience in the recruitment and corporate sectors, having been with HHMC since early 2003. His recruitment career spans executive search and selection across ICT, Banking and Finance, and Sales and Marketing industries. Richard has held national accountability for major business divisions within the recruitment field, where he has consistently achieved substantial success.
He holds graduate and postgraduate qualifications in Business and Human Resource Management. Throughout his career, Richard has managed both volume recruitment operations and executive search practices. This extensive background has enabled him to cultivate a broad network of industry contacts at senior levels over the past twenty years.
Richard has also played a pivotal role in merger and acquisition projects, both at HHMC and throughout his career. He has been the lead consultant in 30+ recruitment sector equity transactions, representing both the "buy" and "sell" sides.
