He has a keen interest in delivering a comprehensive range of advisory services, assisting recruitment owners realise their corporate and personal objectives. Before founding HHMC in 1999, Rod had a 20-year career with both local and global information technology consulting companies, working across Australia. Through HHMC, he remains an active supporter of Australian and international staffing industry associations and initiatives.

Richard Hayward:
Richard has been actively involved in merger & acquisition projects with both HHMC
and throughout his career. He has been the lead consultant in over sixty Recruitment sector equity transactions on both the buy and sell side. These transactions have included in-bound, domestic, and offshore projects.
Richard has wide-ranging experience in the recruitment sector as well as the corporate field and has been with HHMC since 2003. His recruitment career includes executive search and selection within the ICT, banking and finance, and sales and marketing fields. Richard has held national accountability for major business divisions in the recruitment field, achieving substantial success.
At different stages he has managed volume recruitment businesses and executive search practices. This background has enabled Richard to develop an extensive range of industry contacts at senior levels over the past thirty years.
Richard has qualifications in business and human resource management and is a member of AICD and AIM.
